PR 101 Course Terms & Conditions
The course provides the tools and guidance to pitch and land unpaid media placements. However, media placements are not guaranteed, nor is the quantity, quality or timing of media coverage guaranteed.
Impact on your business and ROI is not (and cannot) be guaranteed.
All course updates throughout the lifetime of the course are included in your original investment.
All live calls that take place will be recorded and available in the Skool platform.
Live call schedule and frequency is subject to change at any time. Live calls are a bonus of the course investment and all recordings will be available for the lifetime of the course.
All the content, tools, tips and guidance in this course comes from the course creator’s personal and professional experience with decades in the industry. Other professionals may have different opinions and ideas, which is true of anything, however, this course is native to the creator’s professional experience and perspective.
JoyWelle and Lisa Caruso reserve the right to remove members at any time for any abusive, inappropriate, aggressive, intolerant behavior or commentary in the platform. Members removed for inappropriate behaviors will not receive any refund and will be blocked from joining this course and any other platforms associated with the business in future.
Any members removed and / or blocked from the course will be banned from any future purchases in the course and any other platform created by JoyWelle and / or Lisa Caruso.
PR 101 Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policies
Course pricing is an an annual subscription and is subject to price increases at any time. The standard course is an annual subscription and members will have access to the course for one year or on an annual subscription renewal at the original full price paid.
Members will be required to opt out of subscription renewal prior to their renewal dates if they wish to cancel access before the next annual subscription fee is charged for the life of the course.
If members cancel their membership and rejoin, they will be charged the current rate at the time of rejoining and will forfeit their original rate.

Course may offer additional add-on features, courses and programs that are not included in the standard course program and will require an additional investment to participate. These additional programs and features will be paid separately and will outline payment format, cycle and inclusions that are separate, but may complement, PR 101. These programs do not affect nor are required to enroll in the PR 101 standard course.
No refunds, chargebacks or money back guarantee. Once the course is purchased for the annual subscription, no refund will be issued.
It is the sole responsibility of the member to cancel their membership if they elect to discontinue their membership in the course. They will have access to the course for the remainder of the year of their subscription, but will be removed thereafter.
